What grade is your hair?
Our hair is not graded; it is 100% unprocessed virgin hair (Each bundle is from a single donor). The grading system is a FAKE system to categorize the quality of hair, and it is an excused to raise prices as the "grade" gets higher.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to health concerns, you will not be able to return or exchange your order. An exchange may be granted, under rare circumstances. Ex: We sent you the wrong order.
How will long it take until I get my order?
After you purchase, processing will take up to three days. After that, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number. How long the package takes to physically reach your hands depends on your location and the weather. No package should take more than 5 days to be delivered. If it does, contact USPS with your concerns. NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES, BUT WE WILL HELP TO TRY AND FIND IT.
How many bundles do I need?
Although the decision relies on the customer, we recommend 2 bundles for inches 12-16, and 3 bundles for inches 18-24. For 26+, 4 bundle or more bundles are recommended.

Do you offer wholesale ordering?
